Daniel Moritz is Principal of The Arker Companies, a vertically integrated real estate firm focused on the development of mixed-use affordable housing communities. He joined the company in 2006, using his financial background to foster the creative process of development and financial engineering. The Arker Companies have developed over 11,000 units of affordable housing and over 1 million square feet of commercial and community facility space. Mr. Moritz is responsible for financial control and planning for all development projects including the financial affairs of the various companies. This includes preparation of budgets and financial planning, financing, tax credit compliance, monitoring expenditures, and reporting results to investors. Mr. Moritz also serves on the board of the New York Housing Conference and as an affiliate of the National Housing Conference. He is a 2003 graduate of Cornell’s Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics.

Linda Barrington is the Associate Dean for External Relations in the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business as well as the executive director of Cornell’s Institute for Compensation Studies. Dr. Barrington’s published research addresses employee compensation, gender issues in the workplace, employees with disabilities, and workforce demographics.
Natalie R. Williams is Managing Director and General Counsel of Card Services and Strategic Transactions at JPMorgan Chase. She joined the firm in 2016 as the General Counsel of Responsible Banking, Data, and Privacy, where she managed the legal team that advises the firm on fair lending, privacy, and data use, including issues arising from the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and alternative data. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Ms. Williams served as an Assistant Deputy Enforcement Director for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. She also has extensive experience with state and federal advisory roles, including as special counsel to NY State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman for the Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities Working Group, Chief of the Civil Rights Bureau, and as an Associate White House Counsel during the Clinton administration. Ms. Williams is a graduate of Cornell University and Yale Law School.
Scott Yonker is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. His primary research interests are in the areas of corporate finance, behavioral finance, and investments. Professor Yonker’s work appears in the Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science, and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and he has been cited by The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Bloomberg. Professor Yonker serves as an associate editor at the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis.
