How To Enroll
AS OF 01 JULY 2024: IAW ACAPO annual FY close-out requirements, guidance for FY 24 CA requests follows:
- Soldiers can continue to submit CA requests until 2000 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) 30 July 2024 through ArmyIgnitED for courses or exams that have start dates up to 13 September.
- Soldiers will not have the ability to submit FY24 CA requests through ArmyIgnitED for start dates from 14-30 Sep.
- Soldiers must submit CA requests through ArmyIgnitED at least 45 days prior to the start date of the course or exam.
Guidance for FY 25 CA requests:
Soldiers may submit CA requests through Army Ignited beginning 17 September 2024 for courses or exams that start on or after 1 November 2024 (not to exceed 90 days from submission). However, FY25 requests are subject to the availability of funds.

Eligible soldiers may use up to $4,000 toward training through the Army Credentialing Assistance program.

Request Army Credentialing Assistance:
- Review the online certificates below and their discounted rates to identify the program that best supports your professional development goals. Submit your chosen certificate and start date using the request form on this portal to get started. An eCornell Enrollment Counselor will connect with you to provide you a quote.
- Please note the first course start date must be at least 45 days after you submit your request to Army IgnitED.
- Build your credential plan and submit the quote through the Army IgnitED 2.0 portal
- Once you complete the credential plan, take a screenshot of your request and send it to your eCornell Enrollment Counselor.
- eCornell will process your registration to reserve your seat for the requested start date.
- Keep track of your request on the Army IgnitED portal and update your eCornell Enrollment Counselor when it’s approved.
