Though labor, management, and employment disputes can be particularly complex, today’s sophisticated dispute parties still would rather settle outside the courtroom. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) can achieve this, but only if arbitrators and mediators can find innovative ways to handle these multi-party disputes.
In honor of our Scheinman Institute Employment and Labor ADR Hub’s one-year anniversary, we invite you to join us in discovering how one experienced ADR practice is leading the way via a collaborative team approach along with the motto “Several heads are better than one.” We’ll look at recent real-life examples of how parties, initially unsure about dealing with more than one arbitrator or mediator, have come to rely on the enhanced capacity of multiple neutrals. You’ll also hear from ADR experts on their rationale behind using a team of neutrals, its benefits, and why this approach offers big opportunities for the next generation of ADR professionals.
