AI is changing how legal and legal‑adjacent professionals approach contracts, memos, and transactional documents, impacting processes like review, drafting, and analysis. Yet knowing how to use AI effectively and responsibly is critical for producing reliable work.

This Workshop engages participants in hands-on AI-assisted workflows for a range of legal and transactional tasks. We'll start with a full AI-assisted contract review of a realistic SaaS agreement, uncovering embedded issues of varying complexity. We'll then work through AI-enabled drafting workflows to produce memos and transactional documents. Throughout the session, we'll integrate professional obligations, highlighting the Model Rules and ABA guidance that govern AI-assisted outputs.

By the end of the session, participants will leave with reusable AI workflows for review, drafting, and transactional tasks; practical experience applying AI responsibly; and a clear understanding of ethical and professional responsibilities when integrating AI into their work.
