Brian Santhinathan

Bio = Brian Sathianathan is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Iterate.ai, which he co-founded 12 years ago with Jon Nordmark, the former founder and CEO of eBags.com. Brian leads the development of enterprise AI, agentic systems, private AI infrastructure, and low-code technologies that help organizations transform emerging technologies into secure, scalable business capabilities.

Brian began his career at Apple, where he spent eight years working on new-product initiatives involving the iPhone and Intel-based Mac. As part of Apple’s New Product Introductions organization, he led teams that contributed to the security and activation platform for the first iPhone and earned multiple patents related to that work. He later founded Avot Media, a mobile-video technology company acquired by Smith Micro.

At Iterate.ai, Brian has helped build a patented enterprise AI platform for cloud, private, and edge environments. His current work focuses on agent governance, data and model control, inference economics, security, observability, and the transition from AI-generated answers to reliable business actions at enterprise scale while maintaining visibility, accountability, and organizational control.
