Sanja Krajnovic

Sanja Krajnovic serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer and Executive Vice President of ADUSA Distribution and ADUSA Transportation, where she leads the modernization of the company’s supply chain to support long‑term growth and advance Ahold Delhaize USA’s Growing Together strategy. A seasoned retail operations and supply chain executive, she is recognized for driving large‑scale transformation and delivering meaningful business impact.

Her leadership has earned industry recognition, including being named Digital Innovator of the Year at The Millennium Alliance Digital Supply Chain Transformation Assembly in 2026, a Top 100 Women in Supply Chain in 2026 by Supply Chain Digital, a 2025 Retail’s Top Women Awards honoree by Chain Store Age (Supply Chain category), and one of Mass Market Retailer’s Most Influential Women in Retail in 2021 (while at Dollar General).

Prior to joining the ADUSA companies, Sanja served as Senior Vice President of Store Operations at Dollar General and previously held the role of Group Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Logistics at Target. She is deeply committed to developing high‑performing teams, advancing operational excellence and enhancing both the customer and associate experience.
