What comes to mind when you think about play? Maybe kids digging in a sandbox, or a pickup basketball game after school. But what about an office filled with adults who are allowed room for imagination so they can joyfully engage in their work? That’s also play, and it’s not just for kids.
Play helps adults learn, express creativity, improve productivity, and relax from the stresses of everyday life. During this session, Cornell alumni Mike and Karen Psiaki will share stories and insights from their time working at The LEGOⓇ Group — the largest toy company in the world — as well as ideas for incorporating play into your workplace.
